Today I was just wandering around the library, when I discovered a book, that had a very appealing title: Piratica! At first I thought it said Pireta, and that's why I grabbed it so quickly to examine it. I haven't started reading it yet, but I think it's going to be really good. Heres what the cover looks like: Click!Yo-ho, I found me some treasure, mateys! Arr..

Wow...sounds interesting! I might be interested in it, what section was it in? I just got my library card for my new library (well, old library, but it's new to me) so I will try to scout it out...

Um, it was on display, kind of, so I don't know what section? Ask someone in the library to help you. xD

I know, right? I started reading it a bit, and so far it's pretty good. I've only gone a few pages, though. Haha..

Y'all should read the Redwall saga. [don't shoot!] I was eleven when I first read it, and I still re-read them now, almost 6 years later. =3
They don't always have sea voyages, but a lot of them do. It's very much modeled after this RPG's time frame, with the armies and hordes and all that jazz. Great adventure books. ^^

coolness! Redwall is a series, or an authors name?

It's a series, with the first book actually named "Redwall". You understand a lot more by reading the books in order, but it's perfectly fine to start reading from wherever. One of my personal favorites was Mariel of Redwall about a little mouse who has to save her father from evil pirates. It's by Brian Jaques I believe.

Well most of them are just adventures, but that one is about pirates...I'm not sure if there are any others...it's been a while since I've read any of them.

There are a few --- mostly it's just adventures involving huge armies and amazing plots and all that jazz. ^^ It's where I first learned the word "corsair", actually.
My favorite is Lord Brocktree, just because of all the highland-accented mountain hares. x3
